Kansas City Women's Soccer is on the road for a pair of games this week, starting with a trip to Fargo for a meeting with North Dakota State on Thursday at 6 p.m.
The Roos are coming off a four-point week that moved them to seventh in the Summit League standings, securing a draw against South Dakota and a win over St. Thomas.
Delfina Zolesio Fernandez Blanco garnered her second Summit League Offensive Peak Performer of the Week on Tuesday, scoring a pair of goals and assisting on another across KC's two games. She also grabbed a spot on TopDrawerSoccer's Honorable Mention Team of the Week.
Zolesio is among the tops in the nation in multiple offensive categories, ranking 18th in goals per game (0.71) and 33rd in points per game (1.57). She has cracked the program's single-season top-10 in both categories already.
Ashley Koch secured the team-lead in total assists with a pair of helpers in KC's win over St. Thomas. She claimed the primary assist on both Zolesio's 14th-minute goal and Riley Porter's 62nd-minute game-winner, bringing her to five assists on the season.

North Dakota State Notes

North Dakota State currently sits at 1-4 in conference play, its lone win coming over South Dakota. The Bison have lost their last two against SDSU and UND.
Morgan Russmann is NDSU's leading point scorer with four goals and six assists, but has been kept off of the score sheet in the past two matches.
The Bison rank 35th in the nation in shot accuracy, placing 51.4% of their shot attempts on-target.
North Dakota State owns a 6-2-3 advantage in the all-time series, including wins in two of the last three meetings.
