Kansas City Notes
- Kansas City Women's Soccer remains at home following a 1-1 draw with South Dakota that saw Delfina Zolesio score her ninth goal of the year and the Roos earn their first point of league play. Six seniors will be honored following the Roos' Senior Day match.
- Audrey Brown came to Kansas City following two years at Cal Poly Pomona and has seen 12 career appearances as a Roo, including 10 starts this season. She leads KC with 25 total saves made on the year.
- Lucia Lopez Fernandez transferred to KC following time at NW Missouri State, where she was an All-MIAA performer. She has started in 12-of-13 games for the Roos this season, playing 80-plus minutes in eight games.
- Madelyn Muhr is a four-year Roo, appearing in 50 games with 33 starts in her career. She scored a game-winning goal in the Roos' win over SIU last season and has started all 13 games this year, playing a team-high 1,100 minutes.
- Riley Porter spent time at Johnson County CC and Columbia College prior to this season, earning Third Team All-American status as a Cougar last year. She has appeared in each of the Roos' last eight games, tallying assists at Tulsa and Northern Colorado.
- Delfina Zolesio Fernandez Blanco spent five years at Columbia College prior to coming to KC, tallying NAIA First Team All-American and AMC Player of the Year honors in 2024. She has been a force this season, scoring nine goals and making her way into the KC record books with the eighth-most single season goals.
- Emilia Zolesio Fernandez Blanco also spent her first five years at Columbia College where she was a four-time First Team All-AMC player. She has started in all 13 games for Kansas City this year, playing 1,087 minutes and coming up with multiple goal-line saves.
St. Thomas Notes
- St. Thomas recently earned their first point of Summit League play with a draw against Oral Roberts, holding a 0-3-1 conference record.
- Mackenzie Jacobson leads the Tommies in goals (3), assists (2) and points (8).Â
- Olivia Rowe ranks eighth in the NCAA in saves per game, averaging 6.58.
- This will be the fifth all-time meeting between the two squads with Kansas City holding a 2-1-1 advantage. Both of KC's wins have come at home.
- The Tommies won last season's match with a goal from Lexi Huber in the 18th minute.
