Mason Haley Named Summit Peak Performer of the Week

The honor comes after Haley earned an eighth-place finish at the Wildcat Invite
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Following his first-ever competition representing Kansas City Men's Golf, Mason Haley has been named the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week. Haley brought home an eighth-place finish from the Wildcat Invitational earlier this week, finishing one-over through three rounds.
In his first collegiate round, he fired off a 6-over 78, but was able to settle down from there. His best performance came in round two, shooting a 3-under 69 before wrapping things up with a 2-under 70 on Tuesday. He was one of just two freshmen to finish in the top eight and was Kansas City's top performer on the week.
The Roos return to action next week in Lincoln, Neb., traveling to the Git-R-Done Invitational.
