- Kansas City is back in action on the road on Thursday evening, taking on UNLV in search of its fourth road victory of the season. The first three have come at St. Mary's, Missouri State and Northern Illinois.
- The Roos most recent game was a 3-3 draw with Mercer, in which Brevyn Cole scored his first career goal - an 89th minute equalizer. Additionally, Jesper van Halderen and Fernando Somolinos Bravo each scored their first-career points for KC, both logging an assist in the match.
- Luke Hoelting scored the Roos' first goal of the night against Mercer, coming in the 27th minute. He has now scored twice this year, matching his career-best from 2023. His first goal this season came in the win at Missouri State.
- Elie Kisoka also scored against the Bears, giving him a team-leading five goals on the year. His pair of assists gives him 12 total points, a mark that ranks second in the Summit and 11th in the NCAA.
- As a team, Kansas City produces a lot of opportunities via set piece. The Roos rank first in the Summit League with an average of 5.14 corner kicks per game and have drawn 104 total fouls for an average of 14.9 per game.
- The Roos also boast one of the most explosive scoring offenses in the nation. KC's goals per game average of 2.14 ranks 33rd in the NCAA and the team's 17 total assists is 10th nation-wide.

- UNLV enters Thursday's game with a 3-3 record and are coming off back-to-back wins against CSU Bakersfield and CSU Northridge.Â
- The Rebels and the Roos have both played UC Santa Barbara this season, both losing to the Gauchos by three goals.
- UNLV has seven different goal scorers on their eight goals this season. The only player to score more than once is Nico Lopez with two goals.
- These two teams were WAC foes from 2013-19, facing each other eight times in that span. UNLV owns a 6-2-0 advantage in the all-time series, including a 3-1-0 record in Las Vegas.
- The most recent meeting came on Oct. 25, 2019. Kansas City's lone goal came in the 51st minute from Kevin Komodi.
