KEY MOMENTS | HIGHLIGHTS
- 1' / 0-1 | The Bears jumped out to an early lead, scoring on their first possession of the game on a goal from Kadeem Agar.
- 27' / 1-1 |Â Raphael Kistmann ripped a shot, but it was deflected by the Mercer back line. Hoelting was in the right spot at the right time, taking a touch on the ball and slotting it into the back of the net to equalize midway through the first half.

- 44' / 1-1 | The Roos had a great opportunity to take the lead going into halftime as a looping ball was played right to the head of Kisoka. He took an attempt on goal, but it went right to the hands of Mercer's Trevor McMullen.
- 48' / 1-1 | A dangerous corner early in the second half was headed right at the goal by the Bears, but Brandon McGaugh was on top of it and punched the ball away for one of his two saves on the night.
- 51' / 2-1 | Sora Shibata took a run up the left sideline, sending a cross along the ground towards the six-yard box. Jesper Van Halderen took a light back-heel touch, centering the ball perfectly for Kisoka to give KC a lead. It would not last for long as Mercer equalized in the 52nd.

- 89' / 3-3 | Kansas City remained calm in the late stages of the game, controlling possession. Kisoka played a pass to Fernando Somolinos Bravo up the right side of the box, who found a streaking Cole. Cole turned and used his left foot to become the hero for the day on the Kansas City side.
