KC Current Meet-and-Greet at Roo Patio Before Thursday's Doubleheader!

Roo fans are invited to meet with KC Current players at Durwood Soccer Stadium on Thursday
KANSAS CITY - All KC Current and Kansas City Roos fans and supporters are welcome for a special celebration on the Roo Patio ahead of a massive doubleheader at Durwood Soccer Stadium on Thursday evening. Starting at 4:30 p.m., as part of the ongoing partnership between the KC Roos' Women's Soccer program and the Current, fans will get the opportunity to meet select Current players, including Jordan Silkowitz, Stine Ballisager, Desiree Scott and Regan Steigleder. Fans will also get the chance to purchase Current gear from the famous Teal Mobile, which will be open throughout the meet-and-greet.
Prior to the 5 p.m. kickoff between Kansas City Women's Soccer and Southern Illinois, fans can make posters supporting the Roos and Current at the poster station in the Roo Patio. The first 100 fans to arrive at the Roo Patio for the pre-game festivities will be rewarded with a Roos hand clapper to make some noise with during the game and cheer on their Roos. Following the match, select Roos players will be available for post-match autographs.
Be sure to stick around afterwards as the women's soccer match is part one of a Thursday evening doubleheader at Durwood Soccer Stadium. At 8 p.m., Kansas City Men's Soccer will host UC Santa Barbara in its home opener.
