The Roos Take on The Fight Hawks Tomorrow At 7pm
Kansas City Notes:
- Kansas City most recently faced St. Thomas in a competitive three-set match, where the Roos showcased their offensive potential with a .310 hitting percentage in the third set.
- The Roos delivered a strong performance in their road win against Denver, highlighted by 14 team blocks and 13 service aces. Maria Eduarda Motta's season-high five aces played a pivotal role in the team's success.
- Kaia Dunford, named Summit League Offensive Peak Performer of the Week, has been a consistent force for Kansas City. She leads the team with 325 kills this season, including a 21 kills against Denver, where she hit .409 and added eight digs.
- Setter Sydney Henry has been a key playmaker for the Roos, recording 46 assists in the Denver win and 32 assists against St. Thomas. She has facilitated Kansas City's offense all season, helping maintain competitive hitting percentages across matches.
