The Roos will open the regular season at home for the second-straight year, hosting Bradley for an 11 a.m. tip on Nov. 6, a field trip game for local elementary school students. The Roos and Braves played last season, with Kansas City escaping with a 71-68 overtime victory.
Following the season opener, KC will take to the road to take on UTEP, another team that the Roos took on in the 2022-23 season.
Kansas City will play its next two games within the confines of the city, welcoming Utah State to the Swinney Center on Nov. 14 before taking on the University of Kansas at Municipal Auditorium on Nov. 18 in a game that will be considered a home game for the Jayhawks. It will mark the 23rd time in program history that the two teams have met, the first since 2018.
Then, the Roos will head to Cleveland from Nov. 22-25, playing three games in a multi-team event that will see them match up against Cleveland State, Chicago State and Austin Peay.
From there, Kansas City will come home to play five-straight games within the Swinney Center. Beginning with a matchup against Arkansas State on Dec. 2, the Roos will host Bellevue on Dec. 6, Western Illinois on Dec. 10, Alabama A&M on Dec. 14 and Kansas Christian on Dec. 18. The five-game streak will be the team's longest home stand since the 2019-20 season.
The Roos hit the road for one final game before beginning the Summit League schedule, traveling to Columbia for a battle with Missouri on Dec. 21. The Roos and Tigers have met 15 times in the past, with KC winning the last decision in 2019.
