HEAD COACH MARVIN MENZIES, QUOTED
"You have to understand, building a program, it doesn't happen overnight, and you have to know if you have the right guys in the locker room that it will happen, you have to trust what you know and you have to implement those lessons… As long as we can maintain this culture that we've started then I'm sure we'll get there. The question is, can we get hot in March."
"The journey has started … I told the guys, I love them to death, I'd much rather be in that locker room than anywhere in the world because they're a group of guys that I know will be able to mold, I know we'll be able to get them to be the players that they want to be and that the city wants them to be, it's just a process."
UP NEXT
The Roos will be back on the road this week to face Western Illinois on Feb. 9 at 6:00 p.m. in LeRoy A. Ufkes Court at Western Hall.
