A key save by Riley Moore and a winner by Lily Stedman led the Roos to victory
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A key penalty save and a beautiful goal led Kansas City Women's Soccer to its first win of the season, a 1-0 victory over Chicago State. Riley Moore protected the net with the first complete-game shutout of her career, while Lily Stedman scored her first-career game-winner.

- 75' / 1-0 | Morgan McLaughlin played a ball up the right sideline to Holland Hawkins, who sent a cross to the back-left post. Olivia Platt sent a touch to the middle of the box, where Stedman controlled the ball, reared back and sent the game-winner home.

- Moore's clean sheet was the first by a Roo since Mackenzie Caldwell posted back-to-back shutouts on Oct. 1 and 3 of last year.
