D'Ambrosio recorded four hits, six RBI and three runs scored
GAME 1 | KEY MOMENTS
- B1 / 2-0 | Hilbrenner reached base on an error then came around to score on D'Ambrosio's double to the wall. The next at-bat Ally Vonfeldt drove a sac fly to centerfield that scored D'Ambrosio.
- T3 / 2-2 | A two-out double to left-centerfield scored two Coyotes and tied the game.
- Bottom 3 / 5-2 | Vonfeldt started the two-out rally with a double that scored Katelyn Garcia. Then Delainey Fenoglio brought in Vonfeldt on a base hit and Marina Karnes scored Fenoglio on an infield single to give KC a three-run lead.
- B4 / 6-2 | D'Ambrosio added another RBI to her stat line with a single up the middle that scored Sydney Nichols.
- T6 / 6-3 | The Coyotes added one in the sixth but a diving catch by Marina Karnes in right field and pick-off throw behind the runner completed the double play and got Kansas City out of the inning.
- B6 / 7-3 | D'Ambrosio continued her hot day at the plate, scoring Nichols who singled to start the frame. Then Vonfeldt tallied her fourth RBI of the game, singling up the middle to score Garcia and D'Ambrosio.
GAME 1 | STATS TO NOTE
- Vonfeldt tied her season-high from last weekend with four RBI on two hits, including her ninth double of the season.
- D'Ambrosio went 3-for-4 at the plate with three RBI and two runs scored.
- Hoveland earned her sixth win of the season, allowing three earned runs while striking out four Coyote batters.

- T1 / 0-2 | South Dakota led off the game with a two-run shot over the centerfield fence.
- B4 / 5-2 | The Roos exploded for five runs with two outs in the fourth inning. KC loaded the bases on walks and Hilbrenner drove in two with a double, then D'Ambrosio homered to score three more.

- B5 / 8-3 | Kansas City responded with three runs off of a double from Ashley Thorne that cleared the bases.
- T6 / 8-5 | Casey Stout worked through a tight strike zone, forcing three straight ground ball to get out of a bases loaded threat by South Dakota.
- B6 / 9-5 | Ally Vonfeldt added an insurance run with a solo homerun.

GAME 2 | STATS TO NOTE
- D'Ambrosio hit her third homerun of the season, adding three more RBI to bring her total to six on the day.
- Vonfeldt hit her fourth homerun of the season and her 15th extra base hit of the season.
- Thorne and Hilbrenner both hit doubles with the bases loaded, combining for five RBI in two swings of the bat.
- Camryn Stickel earned the win, pitching 4.2 innings, while recording two strikeouts and giving up three earned runs.
- Stout earned her first career save after closing the final 2.1 innings, striking out a pair of batters and allowing a pair of runs.
