Twenty-six forced turnovers were not enough for the Roos, who shot 35.8% on the night
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Despite hectic defense forcing 26 turnovers, Kansas City Men's Basketball fell flat against Denver this evening, falling 63-55. Evan Gilyard II contributed a team-high 16 points in 36 minutes, knocking down four three-pointers on the night.

- 1H / 6-8 | Marvin Nesbitt Jr. scored the first six points of the night for Kansas City, bringing them within two after the under-16 timeout.
- 1H / 10-13 | Arkel Lamar made an early impact offensively, knocking down his first three-pointer of the day.

- 2H / 47-53 | Gilyard would make a three-pointer to draw KC within six following the under-four timeout, but Denver sealed the game with made free throws down the stretch.

- The Roos forced 26 Denver turnovers, the fifth time this season that a KC opponent has committed 20-plus.
