KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City Women's Soccer heads to North Dakota this weekend for their conference opening matchups. The Roos will take on North Dakota on Friday at 3 p.m. before matching up with North Dakota State on Sunday at noon.

Kansas City Notes
- The Roos enter Summit League play looking to improve on last year's 4-11-1 finish. Last season, KC earned wins over North Dakota State, South Dakota and Western Illinois.
- Sophia Limongi and Emma Wilson have both played team-high 890 minutes for the Roos so far this season. Limongi has notched one goal and one assist while Wilson has attempted 14 shots on the year.
- Mackenzie Caldwell ranks first in the Summit League this season, averaging 7.0 saves per game. That mark is good for 13th in Division One.
- Kansas City work to create opportunities for set pieces, ranking third in the Summit League in corner kicks per game. Their average of 4.6 per contest ranks 160th in the nation.
- Kassi Ginther leads the Roos with four goals scored on the season, and will look to find the back of the net for the first time since the Oklahoma match on Sept. 3 as the Roos enter Summit League play.
North Dakota Notes
- North Dakota enters Summit play with a 2-5-1 record, earning non-conference wins over Southern University and Northern State.
- The Fighting Hawks' offense is led by Bailey McNitt, who has scored three goals on the season. Two of those goals came in UND's 7-0 win over Southern.
- North Dakota will play a physical game, averaging 10.1 fouls per game and receiving six yellow cards thus far on the year.
North Dakota State Notes
- The Bison finished in the middle of the Summit League last season, and enter conference play with an 0-6-1 record. NDSU opens Summit play against Oral Roberts on Friday.
- NDSU has scored two goals on the season, one each by Lavin Douglass and Olivia Watson. As a team, the Bison are being out-shot 110-50 on the season.
- Sofia Howe has started each of the Bison's last four games in goal. She has notched a save percentage of .829 on the season.
