COACH RYAN PORE, QUOTED
- "Any time we have an opportunity to come out and play in front of our home fans, 11 vs. 11, under the lights, we take those opportunities very seriously. We wanted to win tonight, not only for our standings but just for the pride of the program. I think the guys represented the program in a tremendous way tonight and I couldn't be more proud of them."
- "I thought everybody fought. Denver's a competitive team and we needed to match that. I thought we matched it, if not exceeded it."
- "I was very impressed with Arne (Neufang), I thought he was the best player on the field. Seth (Kacich) and Kyle (Reese) played well in the back, I think Kotaro (Hirokawa) had his best game as a Kansas City Roo."
- "We get to see these guys again on Thursday. We know we gave these guys everything they had and probably could have won the game."
