
Men's Basketball Signs Two NLI's for 2020-21

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Kansas City Men's Basketball program and head coach Billy Donlon announced Thursday that Caden Boser and D'Anthony Pennington have signed National Letters of Intent. Boser is a 6-8 forward from Eau Claire, Wis., and Pennington is a 6-2 guard from North Kansas City, Mo.

Both individuals will join the Roos prior to the 2020-21 season as Kansas City becomes members of the Summit League. This recruiting class is the first for first-year coach Donlon.

Caden Boser | Forward | 6-8 | 200 | Eau Claire Memorial High School | Eau Claire, Wis.
High School: Honored on the All-Area, All-City and All-Conference First Team… Named to Associated Press All-State Honorable Mention Team… As a junior, compiled averages of 20 points, nine rebounds, three assists and two blocks per game… Helped the team go 14-8 overall.
Personal: Born Nov. 6 in Minneapolis, Minn… Son of Mark and Kitri Boser… Has two younger brothers… Plans to major in Sports Management.

High School: Recognized on All-District and All-Conference First Teams as a junior…. Named to All-Conference First Team as a sophomore… Scored a school-record 43 points in double-overtime game in December, 2018… Also connected on school-record nine 3-pointers in the same game.
