Roos Host Baker Wednesday Afternoon

MERRIAM, Kan. – UMKC men's tennis (3-0) welcomes Baker (Kan.) on Wednesday at the Kansas City Racquet Club. The match will begin at 12 p.m.
The Roos have started the spring season with three consecutive victories, including a weekend sweep of Air Force and Montana State in Colorado Springs.
In singles action, Airam Castellano has started the season 3-0 at the No. 1 spot. Uldis Gaismins has also started 3-0 while splitting time between the No. 2 and No. 3 positions.
Amaury Navette, Tom Kruse and Mike Psarros are all 2-1 in singles play at the No. 3 – No. 5 slots.
In doubles play, Castellano and Psarros are 2-0 in No. 1 play.
Following Wednesday's match, the Roos will compete at Arkansas at 3 p.m. CT on Saturday and Oklahoma State at 5 p.m. CT on Sunday.
