UMKC Rolls Past Omaha in Home Stand, 4-0

(Kansas City, Mo.) - UMKC men's tennis had little trouble with Omaha on Wednesday morning, taking a 4-0 clinch victory and going 2-0 on its home stand.
The 'Roos (6-7) rolled to wins in all three doubles matches, keeping the Mavericks (3-10) from scoring more than two games in any match. UMKC continued that momentum into singles play, taking straight set wins in each of the first three matches to clinch the victory. Airam Castellano won at No. 1, while Mike Psarros took the next win at No. 5. Amaury Navette got the clinching point at No. 6. The 'Roos were well in control in each of the other three matches when play was stopped as well.
UMKC hits the road Saturday for a contest with Nebraska at 2:00 p.m.
