Bearcats Take 4-2 Decision Over 'Roos

(Maryville, Mo.) - Northwest Missouri State men's tennis knocked off Kansas City in non-league action on Tuesday by a 4-2 score.
The Bearcats (10-3) won all three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead into singles play. UMKC (6-10) tallied two singles wins at the No. 1 and No. 3 positions, but NWMSU, ranked No. 22 in the nation in Division II, scored three wins to seal the victory.
Kansas City will be back in action on Friday at 2:00 p.m. against Saint Louis University at the Plaza Tennis Center.
