Iowa State Knocks Down 'Roos, 4-0

(Kansas City, Mo.) - The Kansas City women's tennis squad played a rare match with singles going first on Tuesday, but Iowa State took the win 4-0 at the Plaza Tennis Center.
The 'Roos (5-12) dropped their first four matches in the 1-4 positions against the Cyclones (6-8), with Maddie Schulte forcing a third set tiebreak at the No. 4 spot, eventually falling.
Kansas City will get back to conference play on March 28 when it faces Oakland and IUPUI in Rochester, Mich.
