Kendall Dillon enters her second season as the Assistant Director of Operations with Kansas City Men's Basketball in 2025-26, following three seasons as the Roos’ Head Student Manager.
In her current position, Dillon assists with video operations, organization of travel and meals, equipment management, and oversight of student managers.
Dillon earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from UMKC in 2024 and is currently pursuing her J.D. at the UMKC School of Law.
She was raised in Mokane, Mo. and graduated from South Callaway High School.
