Amanda Ralton joined the Kansas City Sports Medicine staff and University Health team in July 2021, and currently serves as teh Assistant Athletic Trainer for Kansas City Women's Soccer.
Prior to joining Kansas City, Ralton earned a master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Central Missouri, where she served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for women's soccer, softball and volleyball.
In 2019, Ralton earned her bachelor's degree in athletic training from The University of Alabama, where she spent time working with the Crimson Tide football, baseball, women's basketball and softball teams, winning the SEC Championship with the Crimson Tide football program in 2018.
During her time in Tuscaloosa, Ralton also spent time working with the university's Adaptive Athletics wheelchair and tennis programs. Additionally, she completed a summer internship with Army West Point in West Point, N.Y., working exclusively with the cadet-athletes of the Black Knights football program.
A native of Wappingers Falls, N.Y., she currently resides in Kansas City, Mo. She is a licensed and board-certified athletic trainer in the state of Missouri, a member of NATA and is American Red Cross BLS/CPR certified.
