2008-09 -- Started in eight games for the Kangaroos and appeared in 28 contests as a freshman... averaged 4.4 points and 2.2 rebounds per game... finished .705 (31-44) from the free throw line and .444 (12-27) from the three-point line... recorded 28 assists, 27 steals and five blocks... scored a career-high 13 points at Centenary (1/24)... recorded a career and team-high five steals at IUPUI (1/5)... also had five assists against Western Illinois (2/2)... shot 1.000 percent from the free throw line on six occasions.
High School -- Averaged 14.5 points and 6.9 rebounds per game and aided team to a 22-11 overall record as a senior... named the 2008 District 9 Class 5A Co-MVP by The Dallas Morning News... nominated as a McDonald’s All-American and rated 45th best overall player in Texas by the Premier Basketball Report in 2008... was selected as the 2007 Defensive Player of the Year by The Dallas Morning News.
Personal -- Born Aug. 2, 1990...daughter of Glen and Sonya Bridges... father played basketball at Southern University... has two siblings, Paris (14) and Christina (20)... cousin Troya Berry is a freshman on the Syracuse basketball team and cousin Brianna Berry plays for the University of Alabama-Birmingham and is in her senior season... played club basketball for head coach Joey Simmons with the Texas Express... is a secondary education.
