High School -- Three-year starter at Blue Springs South High School under head coach Steve Bettlach... scored eight goals and added six assists as a senior... guided team to the district final... missed his junior season due to injury... was an all-state and an all-Kansas City Metro First Team selection as a sophomore... also was selected as the BSSHS Most Valuable Player after scoring 17 goals to go along with 18 assists... the 18 assists were a school record... played club ball for the Kansas City Pace, where he helped lead the squad to back-to-back state championships... also was a member of the state and regional Olympic Development Team... additionally, he was selected to the U.S. National Team that played tournaments in Mexico, Europe and Argentina.
