Lanham Repeats as Summit Peak Performer of the Week

Tory Lanham collects his third career outdoor weekly honor

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Kansas City's Tory Lanham was designated as the men's track recipient of the Peak Performer of the Week award, the Summit League announced Tuesday afternoon. Lanham competed with the Roos at the Arkansas Spring Invitational this past weekend, where the 2025 outdoor All-American took the 200-meter dash tape in 20.47 seconds.

The Kansas City, Mo. product once again holds the conference's fastest time in the 200m while ranking fifth in the NCAA West region and ninth nationally. Additionally, Lanham has the fourth quickest 200m time of any non-power conference runner in the country.

This is the second straight week Lanham has been honored by the conference and gives the junior sprinter his third career Summit 'Peak Performer' honor. Last week, Lanham mustered up a time of 10.25 seconds in the 100-meter dash at the CMU Invite, giving him the fastest time in the Summit League and earning him a share of the 41st fastest time in the country. When combining outdoor and indoor campaigns, Lanham has racked up 10 weekly conference honors since his career starting point of the 2024 outdoor season.
