ST. PAUL, Minn. - Kansas City Women's Soccer fought tooth and nail until the final moments to earn a 1-1 draw with St. Thomas to begin Summit League play. Madison Page was the hero for KC, scoring the equalizing goal in the 80th minute.

KEY MOMENTS

7' / 0-0 | Lily Stedman played a ball to Sophia Smith on the left side of the field. Smith took two touches to center the ball and sent a shot on frame, earning a corner kick. Sophia Limongi got a head on the ensuing corner, but sent it out of bounds.
17' / 0-0 | Another Kansas City corner kick resulted in a chance as the ball bounced out to Ririka Kamimua at the top of the box, but she pulled the shot just wide of goal.
