
Tennis Brings in Three Signees

The Roos will add Reagan Boleski, Ashley Jacobson and Kate Miley
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City Women's Tennis and Head Coach Kendell Hale have officially added three new signees to the class of 2022. Hale will add two transfers and one local freshman, bringing the total class to four incoming student-athletes.
"We're super excited to add two former state champions to the squad, as well as two with previous Division One experience," Hale said. "I'm also excited to garner some of our great local talent."

High School: Four-time All-State honoree … Three-time All-Metro First Team (2019, 20, 21) … 2021 All-Metro Player of the Year … 2021 Wichita Larger Schools Player of the Year … 2018, 21 USTA Kansas Player of the Year … Never lost a doubles match in her high school career

Why Kansas City?: "I grew up playing juniors on the Plaza Tennis Center courts, and the whole area feels like a second home to me."
Coach Hale on Boleski: "Reagan will keep our Wichita connection alive! We have had a player from Wichita since I arrived. She is strong on all sides and has a monster serve. She had great success in high school under a great coach."

Coach Hale on Jacobson: "I love having a Kansas City player on our roster. One of the things Ashley told me when she committed was that she's excited about competing for her city's team, and I love that pride she has."

Coach Hale on Miley: "Kate is a strong player who will give us great depth. She has all the tools, and comes to us from Missouri State. Her family is a strong tennis family in Tulsa and her sister plays at Oral Roberts."
