Kansas City outshot the Golden Eagles 14-7
TULSA, Okla. - Kansas City Men's Soccer fought throughout the entire 110 minutes in its conference opener against Oral Roberts, finishing in a 1-1 draw. Vlad Jokic scored the equalizer in the 29th minute, while Cooper Clark kept the Roos safe with three saves in the overtime periods.
KEY MOMENTS
- 6' | Oral Roberts jumped out to an early lead with Dante Brigda's fifth goal of the year.
- 10' | Kotaro Hirokawa took the first opportunity presented to Kansas City and came from the right side of the field with a wide right shot at the ORU goal.
- 11' | Gustavo Murtha followed the lead of Hirokawa and sent another shot in the direction of the goal, sending it wide right.
