Roos Set to Open Summit Play on the Road

Kansas City will travel to South Dakota State tomorrow before taking on South Dakota on Wednesday
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Roos take to the road to open up Summit League play this year, traveling to South Dakota State tomorrow at 7 p.m. before going to South Dakota on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

- Kansas City enters conference play with a 5-5 mark, and opens up Summit League play with a pair of contests on the road. The Roos were 2-4 last season in conference road games.
- In the final NET rankings before Summit League play, the Roos dropped five spots to the No. 222 ranking. That mark is fifth-best in the league, and KC is 3-0 against Quadrant Four teams.
- On the season, the Roos are holding opponents to 26.5% three-point shooting, the 20th-best mark in the nation. In the last three games, KC's opponents are shooting a combined 7-of-56 (12.5%) from long range.
