COACH CHRISTI POSEY, QUOTED
- "We've been focused in practice on our side-out; making sure we're in good rhythm, the tempo is consistent and the hitters being responsible on the third contact."
- "We challenged them, that defensively we weren't anywhere near where we've been. I thought our kids responded well in that and were able to dominate in certain moments."
- "All in all, we wanted to build confidence going into the last part of the season, and we feel good about two wins at home."
- "All three of our left side hitters (Smith, Warren and Thompson) have come in off the bench at some point this season. Today, Raina did that and gave us a little more physicality. Each of them has multiple gifts, it's my job to figure out what we need in the moment."
