Men's Soccer to Close Regular Season with UST, Denver

The Roos take on St. Thomas on the road on Saturday at 1 p.m. before hosting Denver next weekend
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City Men's Soccer looks to continue its hot-streak into the end of the season, traveling to St. Thomas this Saturday and hosting Denver next weekend for the final match of the regular season.
Kansas City Notes
- Kansas City rides a two-game winning streak into the final two matches of Summit League play, outscoring Eastern Illinois and Western Illinois by a combined 4-1 mark across both matches.
- Jony Muñoz made his return to the pitch against WIU after missing the previous six games. Despite the missed time, he is tied for the team lead in shots on goal with eight.
- Vlad Jokic maintains the Roos' point-scoring lead with seven total. His average of 0.64 points per game ranks seventh in the Summit League.
- With an average of 5.0 saves per game, Cooper Clark leads the Summit and ranks 13th among Division One players in that category. He has notched seven-plus saves in four contests.
- Through four conference matches, Seth Kacich has yet to leave the field of play. He has logged full-time in 10 of the Roos' 12 contests this year.
- In the most recent RPI rankings, KC earned the 131st spot, third-best in the Summit.
St. Thomas NotesÂ
- After beginning the season 0-11-2, St. Thomas has rattled off its first two Division One victories in-a-row, defeating Omaha and Milwaukee.
