COACH CHRISTI POSEY, QUOTED
- "We never take a victory for granted, especially a three-set sweep. We competed well against a good team."
- "It was my goal to out-dig them, because that didn't happen in the first match. At one point, I looked up and we were six or seven behind, but we made up the difference and out-dug them."
- "We continue to appreciate our level of serve and putting pressure on teams. Several of our kids are putting pressure on teams and serving where we need to, allowing our defense and block to work well."
- "There are moments where we lose a little focus, and that's disappointing. It can't happen in any match, let alone a competitive match. Against the top teams in the league, that comes back to bite you. Overall, business-like, we got it done and we need to focus on the next match."
