
UMKC Athletics graduates 32 student-athletes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The UMKC Athletics Department graduated 32 student-athletes at this year's spring commencement ceremonies between Friday, May 17 and Sunday, May 19.
“We are extremely proud of the hard work and dedication of each of our graduates,” said Ursula Gurney, Deputy Athletics Director/Senior Woman Administrator. “They have all shown growth during their time here at UMKC and we are excited for what the future brings for each of them.”
Upon graduation, several student-athletes plan to go onto graduate school and professional programs, while others have joined the work force.
