Roos fighting for a spot in the WAC Tournament
The Kansas City Men's Soccer team is fighting for a spot in the WAC Tournament. This two game home stand is crucial for the team, who currently sit ranked T-6th, to stay in the top seven and even move up in the rankings. First, the Roos will face off with conference opponent California State Bakersfield at 7 p.m., Friday at Durwood Stadium. This is a big end-of-the-year matchup, with two teams fighting for a spot in the WAC Tournament. Then, Kansas City will host California Baptist on Sunday. This game will be the Roos last home game of the season and will celebrate the four seniors on Senior Day.Â

- Defender Giacomo Caruso has started in 43 of the Roos 52 games since his freshman year. He has anchored the Roos back line for years and has one goal to go along with it.
