2009-10 -- Appeared in 25 games and started in 23 before suffering a season ending injury on Feb. 15... led UMKC in free throw percentage at .905 (38-of-42)... also was the leading scorer in two games... scored 10 points or more in six contests... averaged 6.9 points and 27.5 minutes per game... finished with a career-high 17 points against North Dakota State (1/9)... went 4-for-6 from the three-point line against the Bison... tallied four assists on two occasions, at Centenary (12/5) and IPFW (2/15)... brought down seven rebounds against North Carolina A&T (12/30) and at Oakland (1/18)... shot over .500 from the three-point line in four games... finished the season with 32 assists, four blocks and 17 steals... named to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic all-League team.
Rochester Community and Technical College -- Led team to the 2009 NJCAA DIII National Championship... went 34-0 during the regular season and 12-0 in the MCAC Southern Division... team was also the Region XIII A Champions, the MCAC State Champions and the MCAC Southern Division Champions... spent the majority of the 2008-09 season ranked No. 1 in the nation... appeared in all 34 games and was seventh in the nation in free throw percentage (.810)... averaged 13.7 points per game, finishing with 466 points and ranked 49th in the nation in scoring... averaged 3.8 assists and 1.5 steals per contest... named to the NJCAA DIII all-Tournament team and earned second team all-MCAC Southern Division honors... was MVP following the MCAC State Tournament... also was voted MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week on two occasions.
High School -- Three-time all-conference selection (sophomore, junior and senior) at John Marshall High School, where she lettered all four years... was just the third player in school history to surpass the 1,000-point mark... played for head coach Terry Heiderscheit... also earned five letters in volleyball and earned all-conference honorable mention honors... was a member of the student council.
Personal -- Born on April 5, 1989 in Rochester, Minn... parents are Randy and Roxanne Sikkink... has two siblings, Jessica and Nick... majoring in psychology.
