2024-25 Outdoor (Sophomore): Capped off a stupendous sophomore campaign by being named an NCAA Second Team All-American following his 20.52 time for 13th place in the 200-meter dash semifinals of the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... Honored as the Summit League Outdoor Men's Track Athlete of the Year following a season in which Lanham defended his 200-meter title and re-wrote the school record books ... Designated as the Most Outstanding Male Performer of the Championship and made the conference All-League team after winning gold medals in the 200m & 4x400m and a silver medal in the 4x100m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... Took home the Summit League Peak Performer of the Month award for May and June thanks to an incredible 200m time of 20.33 at the NCAA West Preliminary -- the NCAA Championship ticket-punching time is also Lanham's own 200m PR and the currently standing outdoor 200m school record ... Won the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week award on April 15 after darting an at-the-time program record time of 20.59 in the 200-meter dash at the KT Woodman Classic ... Broke the men's outdoor 400-meter dash program record with a time of 47.14 seconds at the USD Tune-Up.
2024-25 Indoor (Sophomore): Awarded as the Summit League Indoor Men's Track Athlete of the Year following his first indoor season full of records, medals and awards ... Became the first Roo since 2011 to be named Men's Track Championship MVP after snatching a gold medal in the 200-meter dash and silver in the 60-meter dash and a second silver medal in the 4x400-meter relay ... Honored as the Summit League Men's Track Peak Performer of the Week three times throughout the indoor season, winning the award on January 14, 21 and February 11 ... Broke the men's indoor 200-meter dash school record for the first time at the Alexis Jarrett Invitational, running a time of 21.01 seconds ... Cracked the sub-21 second mark for the first time at the Missouri Invitational, running a 20.93 to claim first place ... Ran a career-best 60-meter dash time of 6.80 seconds in the preliminary 60m round at the Summit League Indoor Championships.
2023-24 Outdoor (Freshman): Won the Newcomer of the Championship award following a gold medal-winning performance in the 200m where Lanham boasted a time of 20.96 seconds in the preliminary round and 21.07 seconds in the finals ... Earned the bronze medal in the Summit League Outdoor Championships 100-meter dash with a time of 10.50 seconds in the prelims and 10.47 seconds in the finals ... Was a key member of the Roos first place 4x100-meter relay squad, giving Lanham two gold medals and a bronze in his first season at the collegiate level.
High School/Club: 2x All-State runner and a team captain at Oak Park HS under coach Charles Pugh ... Holds the school record for the 100m, 200m and the 4x100 race.
