2017 Indoor: Competed in four meets for UMKC … Won the 3,000-meter run at the Holiday Inn Invitational with a time of 8:26.61 … Continued winning ways at the Jayhawk Classic, turning in the top time of 4:10.63 in the mile run … Finished eighth in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:10.68 at the WAC Indoor Championships.
2015 Outdoor: Won the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the Tulsa Duels with a personal-best time of 5:49.43… Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the State Farm ESU Relays… Set a career-best record in the 5,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 14:20.69… Won two WAC Outdoor titles, the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a career-best time of 8:44.89, and the 5,000 meters… Qualified for the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase where he placed 14th, earning a second team All-America honor.
2015 Indoor: Placed first in the mile and 3,000 meters at the SDSU Jim Emmerich Invitational… Set a career-best time of 4:10.03 in the mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up… Won two titles at the WAC Indoor Championships, the mile and 3,000 meters.
2014 Outdoor: Was the champion and earned first team All-WAC honors in the 5,000 meter run with a personal-best time of 15:13.87 and added First Team All-WAC honors by finishing second in the 3,000 meter steeple chase with a time of 9:19.04… set the UMKC record in the 3,000 meter steeple chase with a time of 9:01.37 to finish fifth at the Drake Relays… finished 36th in the steeple chase at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 9:14.06… finished second in the steeple chase at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic in a time of 9:23.20 and third at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 9:04.51… finished second at the Missouri Relays in the 3,000 meter steeple chase with a time of 4:01.88… competed for the US at the 2014 IAAF World Junior Championships
2014 Indoor: Set the school record and won the 3,000 meter run with a time of 8:13.94 at the Iowa State Classic… finished second in the mile at the Jayhawk Classic with a time of 4:16.00… earned First Team All-WAC honors by finishing second in both the 3,000 meter run (8:34.15) and the mile (4:18.24).
