Summer of 2006 -- Qualified for the Kansas Amatuer Match Play Championships with rounds of 73-69=142... won his opening round in match play 6&5, before falling to Brad Boan, the eventual runner-up, in the second round 1-up.

2005-06 -- Ranked fourth on the team with a 76.27 scoring average in 26 rounds... had a team-low round of 68 at the Kansas Invitational during the fall season, where he tied for 22nd place (74-75-68=217)... the 68 is tied for the seventh lowest round in school history... finished 16th at the 2006 Mid-Con Championships with a 226 (77-74-75)... tied for 26th at the ORU Battle Creek Invitational with a three-round total of 231 (74-81-76)... tied for 28th at the Anteater Invitational with a 153 (77-76)... defeated North Dakota State’s Jeff Noeske 2&1 in match play competition... part of the UMKC freshmen class that was ranked in the top-25 nationally by GolfStat... named to the Mid-Con Winter/Spring Academic all-Conference team.
