2022-23 (Senior): Transitioned into a managing role for the Roos
2021-22 (Junior): Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence ... Summit League Academic Honor Roll ... Did not appear in a game due to injury
2020-21 (Sophomore): Summit League Academic Honor Roll ... Appeared in five contests before suffering season-ending knee injury ... Averaged 7.6 points and 4.0 rebounds per game ... In debut against Greenville on Nov. 27, scored 14 points on 7-of-7 shooting, adding seven rebounds ... Scored eight points against Southeast Missouri State on Nov. 28 ... Went for eight points and three rebounds against Kansas State on Nov. 30 ... Scored six points and five rebounds in 15 minutes at Minnesota on Dec. 10
Oklahoma State University (2019-20): Saw action in 20 games, averaging 6.9 minutes as a freshman for the Cowboys… Appeared in the game against Kansas City on Nov. 9 in Stillwater, Okla., unfortunately he suffered a minor knee injury that forced him to miss three games… Scored in five games and grabbed 1.3 rebounds per game as a reserve forward… Made collegiate debut against Oral Roberts (11/6) recording one block, one steal and one rebound in nine minutes… Scored six points on 2-of-5 shooting against Wichita State (12/8)… Team-high tying 13 points and five boards in the exhibition win over Rogers State… Season-high 18 minutes in home contest against West Virginia (1/6)… Finished with multiple rebounds in six of his games.
High School: Attended high school at Rodenborch College… Represented his country at the FIBA U16 European Championships… Spent two years playing as an amateur in the highest levels of basketball in the Netherlands… In 2018-19, was coached by former NBA first-round draft pick and the Netherlands basketball legend Geert Hammink while playing for the Dutch Windmills in the Dutch Basketball League, formerly known as the Eredivisie… As a 17-year old in 2017-18, Roessink played for the Dreamfield Dolphins, where he helped the club gain promotion to the Promotiedivisie, the second division of basketball in the Netherlands… Roessink grew up playing for his local team, the Arnhem Eagles, as well as the Den Bosch Youth Academy, where he was viewed as an emerging talent.
Personal: Born on Aug. 28, 2000… Son of Marielle Van Der Heijden and Roy Roessink… Has two siblings, Jelle and Emma Roessink… Plans to study biology at KC.
