Jared Barnett enters his first season as Director of Player Development in 2025-26.
Prior to arriving in Kansas City, Barnett was a Graduate Assistant at Pepperdine University in the 2024-25 season. At Pepperdine, he handled day-to-day operations, player development, and scouting.
In the 2023-24 season, Barnett played at California State University, Northridge. In his Graduate Senior year, Barnett helped lead CSUN to its winningest season since 2008-09, as well as its first postseason victory since 2014.
From 2019-2023 Barnett played at San Diego State University. During this stretch, he was a part of 3 Mountain West Regular Season Championships, 2 Mountain West Tournament Championships, a trip to the Final Four, and an appearance in the National Championship in 2023.
The Los Angeles, California native earned his Bachelor's in Communications from San Diego State University as well as a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from California State University, Northridge.
