2019: Started in 17-of-her-19 games... Missed two games (Sept. 20 & Sept 22) due to an ankle injury... Honored as the WAC Freshman of the Year and listed on the All-WAC Freshmen Team... Named to WAC All-Tournament Team as she nailed one goal in the semifinal loss... Held the top spot for most goals scored in conference play (4) amongst true freshmen in the WAC... Led all Roo freshmen in goals (8), points (19), assists (3), shots (42), shots on goal (22) and game-winning goals (3)... Tied for fourth in the WAC in total goals, points per game (1.00), fourth in goals per game (0.42) and tied for fifth in total points... Ended her season scoring at least one goal in four of her final five games... Tied for the third-most points in a single-game in school history with six (2 goals, 2 assists) in the win at Chicago State on Nov. 2... Notched first career goal in her second match, in 2-0 win against Illinois State on Aug. 25... Finished the year with three assists, picking up her first Roo helper on Oct. 24 at New Mexico State... 2019 Academic All-WAC selection.
High School: Put together an incredible offensive career through three seasons at Millard South High School, registering a remarkable 77 goals and 16 assists heading into her season season... As a junior, Prokop posted state-leading 34 goals and four assists, leading to a slew of awards including All-Nebraska First-Team, First-Team All-State and First-Team All-Metro... Helped guide Millard South to three-consecutive state quarterfinal appearances.... Her 22 goal, four assist production as a freshman and 21 goal, eight assist season as a sophomore earned her First-Team All-Metro and First-Team All-State awards in both seasons... Coached in high school by Jane Elam…Played in club competition for Sporting Omaha FC coached by Tim Bennett.
Personal: Daughter of Eugene and Tracy Prokop and has two siblings, Nick & Breanna… Uncle Mike Whitten played baseball collegiately at Nebraska-Omaha.
