Kansas City Athletics Makes Splash with New Website, Mobile App, Ticketing and Email Marketing System
In August, 2019, the Kansas City Athletics Department launched a new website and ticketing system with industry leaders Sidearm Sports and Paciolan. The new technology provides the department with a cohesive solution that allows for better communication with fans and integrates digital ticketing, fundraising and email marketing. Paciolan allows fans to purchase mobile tickets, manage their accounts directly from their mobile devices and seamlessly transfer or exchange tickets.
