Men's Basketball Games Versus Spurgeon Canceled

The Roos will look to replace the games moving forward

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Kansas City Men's Basketball games versus Spurgeon College, scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Swinney Center on Dec. 15 & 16 have been canceled. This comes out of an abundance of caution and ensuring that COVID-19 protocols, as set by the NCAA, are being followed. The games will not be rescheduled. The Roos are actively seeking to replace the games on the schedule.

The UMKC Roos fell to the St. Thomas Tommies, 104–64, on February 14, 2026.
