Jeremiah Diaz, PT, DPT is a Chicago-native and calls Kansas City his home. Jeremiah is a graduate of The University of Kansas Medical Center’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy, a top ranked program in the country. As a member of the Vestibular and Balance Rehab Lab at KUMC, he co-authored numerous peer reviewed articles regarding the Vestibular and Omega-3 profiles of Division I collegiate soccer players, one of which led to a research award by the Kansas Physical Therapy Association.
Jeremiah joined the UMKC athletics sports medicine team during the 2022 season. He is currently working as a physical therapist at University Health Truman Medical Center in downtown Kansas City.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists, American Physical Therapy Association, Illinois Physical Therapy Association, Missouri Physical Therapy Association, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Jeremiah is LSVT-BIG certified and has received further training in dry needling by the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. In his spare time, Jeremiah enjoys rock climbing, supporting the Chicago Bears, and exploring new coffee shops in Kansas City.
