MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Kansas City Tennis (6-7) went on the road and took its first conference victory of the season, defeating St. Thomas (6-7), 4-3. The Roos grabbed the doubles point to start the match, getting wins on the No. 1 and 2 courts. That point turned out to be vital, as both sides split the singles decisions, 3-3. Kansas City clinched the match with a win on the top court as Joana Miralles Cardona grabbed a 7-6, 7-5 win.
