Kansas City Athletics Announces New Partnership with Area's First Spark by Hilton Hotel

Hotel expected to welcome guests in March 2026
[KANSAS CITY, MO] – Kansas City Athletics announced a new partnership with the area's first Spark by Hilton hotel, currently the Seville Plaza Hotel, expected to open on the Streetcar Extension at 43rd and Main on in March of 2026.
The property is undergoing significant renovation to its guestrooms, public space and exterior/landscape prior to joining the Hilton portfolio. The Spark by Hilton will be the Official Hotel of Kansas City Athletics upon its renovation.

The Spark by Hilton will be one of only a handful of properties located directly on the KC Streetcar line, providing guests exceptional maneuverability from UMKC and the Plaza south to downtown and all the way north to the River Market.
