Castellano and Pozo Nab Second WAC Player of the Week Honor

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Airam Castellano and Alex Pozo were named as the WAC Men's Tennis Doubles Players of the Week on Tuesday.
Castellano, a senior from Gran Canaria, Spain, and teammate Pozo, a senior from St. Louis, Mo., paired together to defeat Oral Roberts top flight 6-2. With the victory, they helped their team collect their third win of the season as they beat a former conference rival.
The honor is the second of the season for the Roos No. 1 doubles tandem.
The Blue & Gold will be back in action again on Sunday when they take on Arkansas at 4 p.m. in Fayetteville, Ark.
