Women's Basketball Off-Season Series - Best Basketball Memory: Calli White
My favorite basketball memory was watching my mom's basketball team in Harrison win their fourth State Championship title. I wasn't too old, but I remember watching them play at the arena in Little Rock, Arkansas. Her sophomore post player hit the game winning shot, and I remember my mom teaching her how to develop a midrange game. It was the moment where I realized my mom was the best high school coach around ;-) She took an average team with little talent, but tremendous heart and made them champions.
