2009 -- Appeared in four games on the year...UMKC Scholar Athlete honoree... named to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic all-League team and to the Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.
2008 -- Saw action in just one game for UMKC due to an injury suffered against Washington (2/15)... named to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic all-League team.
High School -- Four-year letterwinner in cross country, track and basketball at Centre High School... high school didn’t sponsor softball.
Personal -- Born October 8, 1988... daughter of Brian and Tambra Owens... majoring in chemistry.
