Roos Score First, Outlasted 2-1 to Oral Roberts

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Summit League opener didn't go as well as the Roos hoped it would as visiting Oral Roberts (7-3-1) mounted a two-goal comeback to steal three points in a 2-1 decision over the Roos at Durwood Soccer Stadium on Saturday evening. The Roos and Golden Eagles exchanged goals in the first half before ORU pressed Kansas City on all sides and saw a go-ahead own-goal put them in front for good.
